Sourdough Whole Wheat Rye Walnut Bread

This is probably the families favorite bread I learned to make during my class at King Arthur Baking School. It’s not considered a 100% rye bread thanks to the regular and whole wheat flours, but it comes close, being kid approved, they even take this bread in their school lunches! This bread stands alone with a pinch of salt and butter, or top it with jam for a light breakfast, you won’t be dissapointed.
