Extra thick, deeply golden, a slight sourdough flavor and packed with white chocolate, pecans and my home made apple pie filling, these handcrafted cookies are made with browned butter for a rich, caramel-like flavor and baked until the edges are crisp while the centers stay soft and fudgy.
